Our client is looking for EDI Consultant II to join their Customer Success Team. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of professionals to develop standardized solutions for our customers from United Kingdom and across the EU. You will facilitate problem research, diagnosis, resolution, and follow-up for customer change events, and manage escalated events as needed. You will assist customers through onboarding our clients product.
