You could join our clients rapidly growing SaaS software company which operates on a global scale. We're looking for a Customer Support Team Leader to join and strengthen the European team.

You will lead the European support team. It is an interesting opportunity for someone who is ready for the next step in her/his career by leading a team. The Team Lead should have thorough understanding of support processes and the ability to lead and motivate a group of support analysts in three European countries.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and the Support team.

You will work a hybrid schedule, coming into the office at least once a week. You may come in more frequently as you get up to speed. 

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Manage people and review the performance and engagement of the Support team
  • Lead by example ensuring the team delivers the key criteria and KPIs
  • Review, distribute and handle cases and coordinate solutions for issues reported by our customers
  • Align with 2nd and 3rd line support teams on ticket follow-up and solving issues
  • Responsible for optimizing processes used within the team
  • Drive continuous improvement of the support processes

 

To be a good fit for the Customer Support Team Leadder role, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. 
  • A minimum of four years’ work experience in a technical support role in a comparable SaaS business, preferably in Supply chain and/or E-invoicing.
  • Thorough understanding of Support processes, SLA's & best practices in Support.
  • Ability to create commitment and trust through strong work ethic and customer focus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and interpret needs of the team for improving performance of the individuals and the team.

 

Keys to success:

  • The willingness to learn, motivate colleagues, standardization of processes and continous improvement
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Work experience in project management is preffered
