The Consultant I works with a team of professionals responsible for implementing solutions for our customers. This role will research, isolate, diagnose, resolve and follow-up on problems for customer change events. When necessary, the Consultant I will also manage escalated events as appropriate.

The role is hybrid 2 days per week in the Breukelen office, Netherlands.

Your tasks will include:

• Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of completing the implementation project. 
• Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals 
• Provide proactive project updates, setting realistic expectations, and maintaining transparency throughout every project phase. 
• Serve as a customer advocate internally, ensuring team deliverables align directly with the client’s strategic business goals. 
• Navigate defined project environments where requirements or trading partner specifications may be incomplete. 
• Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding each trading partner's operational context and business priorities. 
• Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products 
• Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment 
• Track progress of Implementation projects. Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved 

To be a good fit for the Implementation Consultant I  you will have:

• Bachelor's Degree required 
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in client facing roles 
• Fluency in both Dutch and English 
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• Ability to gather requirements and understand customer business needs 
• Excellent communication skills, including explaining complex topics in a clear and customer-friendly way 
• Strong analytical and root cause problem-solving capabilities 
• Ability to work with data, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot issues effectively 
• Ownership mindset with accountability for customer outcomes 
• Ability to proactively manage risks, dependencies, and project timelines 
• Curiosity, learning agility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment 
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently drive issues to resolution
