Our Client is a consulting firm which provides market intelligence backed by data-driven strategies. They help clients to adapt and translate data into personalized, actionable insights via implementing solutions to guarantee results. Our Client is in Forbes 2021 list of Best Management Consulting Firms.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our client's newest project. In this pivotal role, you will focus on managing software asset inventory and instance ownership mapping in ServiceNow, with a strong emphasis on compliance and collaboration.

The Business Analyst will be a key part of their new cloud project, supporting and managing software assets and ensuring compliance.


Your Tasks Will Include:

  • Conduct thorough audits to identify unmatched instances in SNPROD2, documenting all to form a complete view of assets.
  • Investigate unmatched instances to determine ownership and collaborate with stakeholders for accountability.
  • Ensure all instances adhere to EOL procedures and document necessary details for certification.
  • Work with stakeholders to validate ownership info and align with software asset management protocols.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and maintain records to offer visibility into inventory and compliance metrics.

To be a good fit for this role, you will have:

  • 5+ years in software asset management or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in inventory and compliance.
  • ServiceNow proficiency and understanding of EOL processes.
  • Ability to work during US working hours

  • Capable of leading discussions to refine business requirements and ensure compliance.
