We are seeking an Associate Software Engineer who plays a key role in the development cycle of products and services within the Network Onboarding team. This position involves ensuring and maintaining the highest quality standards for products and services used by customers through developing, testing, and deploying the initial build, ongoing changes, and bug fixes, and creating and maintaining internal documentation

Location: 
This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required at our Warsaw office. 

Your tasks will include:

• Creating, testing and configuring high-quality coded solutions and components for new development work, aligning with specifications, designs and best practices
• Maintaining and enhancing existing production solutions for all products. Handling escalation tickets and managing bug/change requests
• Ensuring product consistency through the maintenance of design documentation
• Leveraging the latest, modern technologies, internal tooling, AI-driven solutions, and automation capabilities to continuously improve workflow efficiency and solution quality

To be a good fit for the Associate Software Engineer role you will have:

• Knowledge of core computer science concepts and can develop applications with limited scope
• Experience with OOP, Java or C# Core, Python- could be a knowledge from the university
• Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and work well in a team setting
• Experience with modern frameworks or programming languages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Supply Chain Management
• Agile Methodologies experience highly desired but not required
• Experience with testing methodologies
• Experience with databases and SQL
• Experience with X12, EDIFACT, XML or JSON formats
• Experience with XSD, XPath, XSLT desired but not required
