💰 Rate: 160–200 PLN/h (depending on experience) + performance-based bonus
A fast-growing and values-driven IT services company is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join their Warsaw-based team. This is a key role focused on expanding the client portfolio and driving sales in IT outsourcing services (specialist and team-based models).
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end B2B sales process: lead generation, negotiations, client needs analysis, and contract closure
- Focus on building long-term relationships based on trust, technical knowledge, and reliability
- Identifying and developing new clients and markets
- Collaborating closely with recruitment and business operations teams to ensure aligned goals and efficient delivery
- Supporting business growth specifically within the Warsaw market

- Ability to present past business achievements and translate them into future success
