As a IT Lead, you  will provide hands-on leadership across the entire transformation lifecycle—from initial diagnostic assessments and solution architecture to final implementation—specifically within Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Services frameworks.

Your tasks will include:

• Translate business objectives into high-impact use cases
• Spearhead comprehensive enterprise IT landscape assessments to evaluate architectural maturity and technical debt.
• Direct large-scale IT transformation initiatives from initial feasibility and conceptual design through to seamless implementation.
• Systematically identify and execute opportunities for infrastructure optimization, process automation, and global standardization to enhance organizational agility.
• Architect IT strategies that integrate seamlessly with Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Services frameworks.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps that serve as blueprints for achieving long-term digital transformation objectives.
• Facilitate high-impact workshops and presentations for senior leadership to drive consensus on complex technical decisions.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and Procurement business units to ensure technology solutions meet diverse departmental needs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and innovative perspectives to navigate transformation challenges.
• Establish robust project planning and tracking mechanisms to maintain the integrity of IT transformation portfolios.
• Proactively mitigate risks and manage intricate dependencies across multiple, concurrent workstreams.
• Guarantee that IT project delivery remains focused on the overarching GBS transformation goals and ROI.
• Ensure all IT initiatives remain strictly aligned with enterprise architecture protocols and platform standards.
• Extensive background in IT transformation and management consulting within complex, enterprise-grade environments.
• Proven track record in Shared Services transitions, including system migrations, operating model redesigns, and process standardisation.
• Deep domain knowledge in enterprise architecture, infrastructure modernization, and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong capability for strategic problem-solving and navigating ambiguity in fast-paced, high-growth settings.

To be a good fit for the IT Lead, you will have:

•  Experience with IT transformation and transition delivery
•  Proven experience with Enterprise architecture and IT strategy
•  Knowledge of GBS/Shared Services operating model design
•  Experience working with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
•  Process optimisation and automation knowledge
•  Expertise with Project governance and programme oversight
