Manager, Customer Success - Hybrid Work

We are looking for an experienced Manager to oversee the European team of consultants within our Customer Success Department. This team is responsible for implementing service solutions for SPS Commerce clients.
As the Manager, you will be pivotal in building, leading, and sustaining a highly skilled and productive team. Your focus will include ensuring efficient technical integration for our customers while identifying opportunities for upselling to enhance business value.
This role is critical in driving customer success and supporting business growth through exceptional service delivery and effective team leadership.
Your Tasks will include:
- Shape strategies to enhance people, processes, and technology.
- Oversee allocation of resources for project implementations.
- Conduct 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and career development discussions biannually.
- Assess deliverables for quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness while providing regular coaching to the team.
- Lead process improvement initiatives across departments to enhance business operations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Technology, Customer Support, and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Drive and measure implementation team productivity goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to support revenue retention.
- Manage capacity planning and skill alignment to meet client demands.
- Maintain regular customer communication, reset expectations, and manage escalations effectively.
To be a good fit for the Manager, Customer Success opportunity, you will have:
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Native or Fluent command of the Dutch language
- Knowledge of supply chain processes
- Ability to lead large teams and achieve goals without direct authority
- Self-starter with a proven ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing technical resources
- Effective collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams
Nice to have:
- Proven experience in IT or service implementation projects
- Skilled in process development and project management within tech-based service organizations
- Familiarity with EDI or E-Invoicing projects
