Our client is a fast-growing, agile international consulting firm headquartered in the United Kingdom. They've been focusing on optimizing processes centricity and technology. One of the many areas they are focusing on is to design and implement next generation activities- reformulating operating models, optimising processes and installing automation.

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to spearhead a crucial IT implementation project in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in ServiceNow and extensive experience with large-scale IT projects. They should demonstrate proven ability in managing diverse teams, stakeholders, and intricate project requirements. This role is tailored for a proactive, solutions-oriented individual who can deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Your tasks will include:

  • Spearhead the implementation of ServiceNow across a large-scale organization, drawing on over 3 years of relevant experience to drive success.
  • Take the lead on expansive IT project implementations, bringing your 7+ years of expertise to the forefront.
  • Craft and nurture detailed project plans while partnering with change managers to create impactful change and communication strategies.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to foster strong relationships, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals and expectations.
  • Proactively identify and tackle project risks, issues, and dependencies to keep everything on track.
  • Don’t let risks and issues linger—escalate them promptly to prevent any project delays!
  • Take charge by organizing and leading steering committee meetings and engaging with senior executives to drive success.
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of Business Analysts, Change Managers, Developers, and Process Documentation Experts from various consulting firms, fostering collaboration and creativity.
  • Tackle roadblocks head-on and deliver practical, actionable solutions that keep the project on track and moving forward seamlessly.
  • Cultivate excellent communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and building strong relationships with stakeholders and team members alike.
  • Leverage exceptional team management skills to cultivate collaboration, accountability, and a thriving work atmosphere.
  • Strong prioritization abilities to navigate competing demands and guarantee that crucial deliverables are achieved.

To be a good fit for the Project Manager role, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing ServiceNow implementations for large-scale organizations.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience leading large-scale IT projects.
