Our Client is a consulting firm which provides market intelligence backed by data-driven strategies. They help clients to adapt and translate data into personalized, actionable insights via implementing solutions to guarantee results. Our Client is in Forbes 2021 list of Best Management Consulting Firms.

This role is crucial for planning, managing RAID logs, and maintaining seamless communication with stakeholders. You will work during NYC hours, coordinating closely with onshore teams to ensure that all project deliverables are met efficiently, with a keen focus on continuity and comprehensive documentation.

Your Tasks Will Include:

  • Collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams to manage all aspects of program activities.
  • Oversee planning, track milestones, and coordinate resources effectively.
  • Proactively manage RAID logs to identify potential risks and document assumptions.
  • Address project issues and manage dependencies to avoid delays.
  • Regularly update stakeholders through status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Facilitate meetings to address project needs and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
  • Ensure all documentation and reporting adhere to governance policies.
  • Verify that program activities align with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improving project efficiency.
  • Optimize workflows and enhance communication channels across teams.

To be a good fit for the Project Manager Role, you will have:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, particularly in cloud enablement or software asset management.
  • Strong skills in RAID management
  • Experience in stakeholder communication.
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects across different time zones, with a focus on NYC hours.
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, PMi or similar)
