Our client is looking for a Sales Executive. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of professionals to develop standardized solutions for customers from United Kingdom and across the EU. You will collaborate with the sales engineering team and ensure smooth transitions to the implementation team. Once onboarded, customers will remain in your territory for upsell or cross-sell opportunities. This role emphasizes acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing clients. Performance is measured by a quota-based defined sales territory.   

 

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Drive a prescriptive sales process to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within a defined sales territory, and prospect for new clients through various strategies.  
  • Engage and nurture qualified leads from different teams (e.g., Channel, Logistics, Analytics, Marketing) and cross-sell or upsell to existing customers.  
  • Nurture prospects and current customers; cross-sell and upsell existing subscribers    
  • Maintain a rolling 90-day pipeline to meet or exceed annual reoccurring revenue (ARR) quota while documenting key activities and insights in Salesforce.com.  
  • Collaborate with the account team to leverage existing SPS relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with Customer Success.  
  • Maintain customer satisfaction; respond to customers in a timely manner; ensure the customer has proper alignment with Customer Success  

 

Location:   

This role is in the Breukelen office, the team is in-office 1-2 days per week. 

 

Required Qualifications:   

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant sales experience, or some post-secondary education with 3 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 1 year in a commission-based sales role.  
  • Fluent in Dutch and in English 
  • Effective communicator with strong verbal, non-verbal, and written skills, capable of adjusting tone and style to engage different audiences.  
  • Demonstrated integrity, relationship-building skills, and leadership abilities.  
  • Ability to clearly translate and communicate business issues and technical information to individuals with varied levels of expertise
