We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion across Eastern Europe. You will be directly reporting to the Regional Director, you will be a key driver in growing the market share across 15 countries. This is a role for a technical sales professional who thrives on the road, builds authentic relationships, and understands the nuances of the HVAC industry.

Location: Located in Warsaw (or nearby)

Your tasks will include:

  • Identifying and engaging potential high-value customers across Eastern Europe
  • Executing weekly travel (2–3 days per week) to perform on-the-ground strategic activities and customer acquisitions
  • Working closely with Regional Sales Managers in Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, and the Baltic states to support industry fairs and installer events
  • Providing high-level support to existing customers, ensuring long-term retention and growth
  • Delivering market insights and progress updates directly to the leadership team to refine regional strategy

To be a good fit for the Business Development Manager role you will have:

  • Extensive experience within the HVAC industry, specifically with technical/engineered products 
  • Experience in HVAC, automation, and smart home tech
  • Demonstrated success in Business Development or Key Account Management, with a focus on identifying new opportunities and expanding market share.
  • Prior experience working within the CEE/CIS markets
  • Excellent command of English (C1/C2 level) 
  • Fluent command  of Polish language
  • Knowledge of a second regional language (e.g. Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, or Russian/Ukrainian) is a significant advantage 
  • Ability to translate complex technical specifications into clear value propositions for stakeholders
  • A valid Category B Driver’s License
  • Readiness for international travel (weekly trips of 2–3 days)
  • Ability to navigate the unique challenges of emerging markets (like UA or BY) with unconventional thinking
  • Attitude of a self-starter and a team player to collaborate effectively with Regional Sales Managers during industry fairs and installer events
  • Existing network of distributors, installers, or consultants in the Central/Eastern European region
