We are seeking a Staff AI Engineer to join our client as the definitive Technical Leader and Architect behind their Core ML Product Suite. This is a career-defining opportunity to own the end-to-end design and execution of their most advanced Generative and Predictive AI Systems, impacting millions of users in real-time.

You will function as the key Subject Matter Expert, driving both the technical strategy (LLMOps, AIOps) and hands-on implementation. Success requires navigating extreme scale, maintaining low-latency performance, and mentoring a high-calibre team. If you thrive in complex environments using Python and Azure, this is your next step.

Key Technical Requirements (Must-Haves):

  • 8+ years of hands-on, production-level experience with Python.

  • 3+ years designing and deploying high-volume, real-time AI/ML or GenAI systems (e.g., NLP, Conversational AI).

  • Deep expertise in LLM Orchestration patterns: RAG, Agent Design, and frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph.

  • Expert command of Cloud-Native Architecture (Azure preferred), including security, cost management, and scaling.

  • Mastery of Distributed Systems and message queueing for high throughput (Kafka, Azure ServiceBus).

  • Demonstrated ability to provide Technical Leadership and drive complex initiatives across engineering and product teams.
