They've been focusing on optimizing processes centricity and technology. One of the many areas they are focusing on is to design and implement next generation activities- reformulating operating models, optimising processes and installing automation.

If you have a knack for numbers and expertise in financial analysis within the construction industry or related fields like engineering, infrastructure, mining, or building materials, we want to hear from you. In this dynamic role, you’ll take charge of budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting, working closely with senior management to deliver insights that drive smarter decisions and maximize project success.

Your tasks will include:

• Take charge of bookkeeping and manage all accounts payable/receivable for dynamic construction projects.
• Stay on top of project costs, delivering accurate and transparent financial insights.
• Play a key role in month-end close processes, producing timely, precise financial reports.
• Ensure all financial reporting aligns with US tax regulations and GAAP standards for maximum compliance.
• Drive cost control strategies and boost financial efficiency across construction projects.
• Leverage powerful accounting software like DATEV, Tagetik, or similar tools to keep financial data organized and reporting flawless.

To be a good fit for the Senior Accountant role, you will have:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, preferably within the construction industry or project-based environments.
• In-depth knowledge of US tax regulations and GAAP to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Proven expertise with accounting software like DATEV, Tagetik, or similar tools to streamline processes.
• Skilled in managing bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and project cost tracking with precision.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Outstanding communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with project managers and finance teams.
