Go Developer - Remote in Poland

The Poland office is a centre of excellence established to optimize engineering process efficiency.

A dedicated team of developers is looking for new talent to expand the team. This initiative is driven by a commitment to accelerate the development of the platform to better serve its growing number of customers.

Your tasks will include:

• Creating a highly-concurrent and distributed system
• Enhancing system performance through optimization and effective troubleshooting
• Architecting and programming systems to ensure they are highly available
• Designing, developing and conducting tests on innovative features
• Projecting the necessary effort to design and execute development plans
• Assisting in the publication and documentation process for features that have been developed
• Setting benchmarks for coding practices and contributing to the establishment of development workflows
• Engaging with and making contributions to open-source projects at a global level

To be a good fit for the Go Developer role, you will have:

• Proficiency in Go language
• Demonstrated capability in creating and managing large-scale enterprise systems
• Knowledge in managing concurrent, distributed systems
• Skills in performance profiling and optimization
• Experience in developing REST/HTTP services
• Understanding of both relational and non-relational database systems
• Expertise in conducting both unit and integration tests
• Eagerness to tackle challenges head-on, including intricate details
• Strong communication skills to articulate issues and solutions within the team
• Experience with Microservices

Nice to have:

• SRE or DevOps exposure
• Java experience
