Our client is a fast-growing, agile international consulting firm headquartered in the United Kingdom. They've been focusing on optimizing processes, centricity and technology. One of the many areas they are focusing on is to design and implement next generation activities- reformulating operating models, optimising processes and installing automation.

As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.

Your tasks will include:

  • Build relationships with key employees within internal customer base 
  • Create plans to address clients’ business needs 
  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes 
  • Maintain relationships with clients and build client loyalty to ensure significant sales growth 
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied 
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate 
  • Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products 
  • Bring in new business and clients
  • Prospect new customers, build and ensure customer loyalty
  • Being the pioneer and expand the existing business and client portfolio
  • Maintain relationships with clients and build client loyalty to ensure significant sales growth 
  • Conducting comprehensive market research to gain deep understanding of client's business needs
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms 
  • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers 
  • Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ need 
  • Maintain accurate client records on our clients CRM system 
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends 
  • Continuously improve through feedback 
  • Grow individual accounts and build long term relationships 

To be a good fit for the Senior Client Relationship Manager role, you will have:

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field 
  • Experience working with GPS/SSC/BPO companies
  • +3 years experience in growing accounts 
  • Proven experience in business development and sales
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets 
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction) 
  • Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) 
  • A customer-oriented attitude 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Problem-solving aptitude & team player
  • Results oriented & customer service  
  • Prospecting & negotiation skills 
  • Subject matter product knowledge
