They've been focusing on optimizing processes centricity and technology. One of the many areas they are focusing on is to design and implement next generation activities- reformulating operating models, optimising processes and installing automation.

As a Senior RPA Developer, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade automation solutions. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation by leveraging UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate alongside Redwood RunMyJobs for advanced workload orchestration. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing high-impact finance initiatives, specifically Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, to ensure scalable, high-performance automation across the enterprise.

Your tasks will include:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using UiPath and Power Automate, adhering to enterprise RPA standards.
• Implement and configure Redwood RunMyJobs, specifically automating Record-to-Report (R2R) and financial close workflows.
• Develop robust integrations with SAP, APIs, and databases using JavaScript, Python, and .NET.
• Manage the full automation lifecycle—from process discovery and solution design to production support and error handling.
• Partner with architects and SMEs to translate requirements into technical designs while mentoring junior developers.
• Lead the implementation of Redwood RunMyJobs, configuring job definitions, event-driven workflows, and complex scheduling logic.
• Design and deploy Record-to-Report (R2R) solutions, including financial close orchestration, reconciliation, and batch job management.
• Connect automation workflows with SAP, databases, and file systems via REST APIs and custom scripts (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell).
• Manage job execution by implementing robust error handling, troubleshooting, and automated alerting mechanisms.

To be a good fit for the  Senior RPA Developer, you will have:

• 6+ years in RPA development with mastery of UiPath, Power Automate, and Orchestrator.
• Proficient in Java (for Redwood), .NET/C#, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Specialized in automating Finance functions (R2R, P2P, O2C) and managing complex batch job orchestration.
• Skilled in Git/Azure DevOps and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum environments with a proactive, independent mindset.
• Proven track record in designing reusable frameworks, modular components, and governing enterprise-scale business processes.
• Expertise in Redwood RunMyJobs (or similar), focusing on event-driven scheduling, queue management, and batch automation troubleshooting.
• Specialized experience in automating R2R, P2P, and O2C cycles, with a focus on financial close and reconciliation workflows.
• Deep understanding of automation best practices, technical documentation, and operational governance.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical execution and business stakeholder needs.
• Certifications: UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate (Preferred).
