Project Manager / Consultant with German- hybrid in Switzerland

Our Client offers innovative ERP products and services for all kinds of businesses around the world.
The development team is based in Switzerland, Germany, Spain and Poland. You will work in a multinational and diverse environment, where you’re encouraged to grow and learn.
As a Project Manager/Consultant you will collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines and ensure that all stakeholders are working together to meet the project’s objectives. You will act as a bridge between Clients and Developers.
Hybrid work and some visits to the client locations will be required (up to 20 %). The role is based in the German - speaking part of Switzerland.
Your Tasks Will Include:
- Managing the successful implementation of the business software
- Developing project plans and solution proposals based on user stories
- Monitoring progress of project deliverables
- Communicating with various stakeholders throughout the process
- Conducting presentations and workshops for clients
To be a good fit for the Project Manager/Consultant role you will have:
- Studies in information technology and/or business administration
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in managing IT projects according to Agile methodology (preferably SCRUM or Kanban)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with problem-solving abilities
- Very good English and German
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of French
- Experience with Python
- Experience with Odoo
