Working on a B2B contract with the Daily rate up to 330 Euro NET per day
This is a hybrid role where you can work in the office 2/3 days per week Your Tasks Will Include:
- Ensure the effective management, maintenance, and smooth operation of OpenShift platforms.
- Continuously monitor OpenShift clusters to ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability.
- Execute tasks related to the installation, configuration, and deployment of new OpenShift clusters.
- Create and update comprehensive documentation for daily operations, including standard operating procedures, checklists, workflows, and diagrams.
- Monitor system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement task automation to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct daily reviews of server logs to identify anomalies, ensure system health, and address potential issues proactively.
- Detect issues and risks within the OpenShift infrastructure and propose actionable solutions to mitigate them.
Manage and resolve incidents and service requests related to applications hosted on the OpenShift platform. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve reported incidents and technical issues efficiently.
- Log, monitor, and escalate tickets to the appropriate third-line support teams as needed.
To be a good fit for the Linux Systems Administrator position, you will have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience post-graduation.
- A minimum of 3 years as a Linux System Administrator, preferably with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in an OpenShift environment.
- Advanced knowledge of container orchestration frameworks, particularly OpenShift.
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) with experience in cloud-based deployments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple OpenShift clusters in virtual and cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with database administration (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in OpenShift environments, covering orchestration, storage, and security.
- Expertise in monitoring and optimizing OpenShift system performance, capacity, and availability.
- Strong scripting and automation skills in languages such as Bash and Python.
- Proficiency in automation tools like Ansible.
Keys to success:
- You hold a Valid Red Hat Certified System Administrator or Red Hat Certified System Engineer certification
- You hold a Valid Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator certification
- You have excellent communication and teamwork skills
