Senior Full Stack Engineer - Hybrid

The annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $135,000 CAD. The specific salary offered will depend on the factors outlined below and may fall anywhere within this range.

Your Tasks will include:

• Execute complex methods and procedures within the assigned problem domain with minimal supervision. 
• Take ownership of the development, testing, and deployment processes for entire products. 
• Provide accurate work estimates with careful consideration and commitment. 
• Identify and communicate risks, ambiguities, complexities, and dependencies effectively. 
• Share technical expertise, patterns, and best practices with the team. 
• Conduct code reviews and mentor associates, intermediate-level members, and peers within the team. 
• Collaborate with external business partners to explain and advocate for high-level technical approaches. 
• Engage in pair programming and mob programming to collaboratively address technical challenges as a team. 

To be a good fit for the Senior Full Stack Engineer opportunity, you will have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer 
• Proficient in .NET and C# 
• Proven experience in cloud environments (AWS preferred, but other platforms are welcome) 
• Skilled in React and JavaScript development 
• Proficient in working with SQL Server or Snowflake Databases 
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that adheres to best practices 
• Practical experience in software development, with the ability to develop diverse applications requiring sound judgment and problem-solving skills 
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies 
• Strong communication skills to proactively share updates and risks with the team 
• Experience with data modeling within a collaborative team setting is a plus
