IT Recruiter - Hybrid Work

Located in the Heart of Warsaw but operating in a hybrid model, our client is a dynamic IT consulting company specializing in helping businesses navigate the compexities of the digital landscape.

We are on the lookout for a motivated recruiter to become a vital part of our client's vibrant team! In this role you will encompass sourcing, recruiting and nuturing relationships with candidates and employees alike.

Your tasks will include:

• You will manage the complete Talent Acquisition lifecycle, ensuring that every candidate has a smooth and enriching experience.
• By collaborating with hiring managers and colleagues in the Talent Acquisition team, you'll pinpoint crucial requirements for each role and build a strong talent pipeline through a variety of strategic research techniques, sourcing methods, networking opportunities, and effective database management.
• Cultivating meaningful connections with candidates is essential, as you’ll guide them through the onboarding process and help them assimilate into our client's culture.
• You will seek out new talent markets to discover exceptional candidates.

To be a good fit for the IT Recruiter role you will have:

• At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the IT and Telecom industries
• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Fluent in Polish and English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus
• An energetic individual with excellent organisational abilities
• Proficient communicator who effectively updates stakeholders at all tiers
• A cooperative team player
• Demonstrated capability to take initiative, utilize consultative skills, and foster robust, productive relationships
