Help Desk Analyst - onsite in Breukelen

You could join our clients rapidly growing SaaS software company which operates on a global scale. We're looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join the team.

You will combine your technical aptitude and commitment to positive customer experiences to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot core user systems including hardware, operating system, networking, and applications, responding to our internal customers via JIRA tickets, Slack, and walk-up Help Desk (TechBar).

Your tasks will include:

  • Configure and deploy laptops and software for employees following the company standards and guidelines 
  • Create and maintain documentation of repeatable steps and publishing knowledge base articles for team members
  • Serve primary support for troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues on laptops, tablets, printers, and video conferencing equipment 
  • Assist with the preparation and implementation of system upgrades and special projects 
  • Responsible for staying up to date with new technologies and equipment that may benefit team members, such as user laptops, peripherals, and software. 

To be a good fit for the Help Desk Analyst role, you will have:

  • College degree plus 1 year of Help Desk experience or 3+ years of Tech Support experience
  • Strong working knowledge and experience using and troubleshooting Office 365 and the MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint 
  • Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global team environment 
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects 
  • Networking experience
  • Fluency in English; familiarity with any other European language is considered a plus 
  • High attention to details 

Keys to success:

  • Experience with utilizing Intune, Entra, and Endpoint for device management
  • Familiarity with JAMF for managing MacOS is highly preferred 
  • Ability to solve problems and provide tactical leadership
