Position: D365BC Technical Consultant
Location: Wroclaw, Poland
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: 300 000 - 360 000 PLN gross / year
 

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC) Technical Consultant to join our client’s IT team. This role involves providing technical support, system optimisation, and solution development to ensure the smooth running of D365BC and related ERP components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for ERP applications, resolving issues within agreed SLAs.

  • Analyse and configure D365BC modules/extensions to meet business requirements.

  • Design and implement system upgrades, configurations, and integrations.

  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend technical solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define system specifications.

  • Provide technical training and support to end-users.

  • Produce detailed documentation and manage change processes using ITSM tools.

  • Support regulatory reporting by preparing and managing D365BC data.
     

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

  • Proficiency in SQL and AL development.

  • Experience in multinational project environments.

  • Background in full lifecycle implementations, migrations, and upgrades.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
     

Desirable

  • 5+ years of relevant IT experience in client-facing roles.

  • Experience with system integration and project management.

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Finance.
