As the O&M Manager you will lead the operation and maintenance activities for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across multiple sites in Poland. This role is responsible for ensuring high system availability, optimizing performance, managing maintenance teams and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership and organizational skills to deliver operational excellence.
