Our client is a well-established, cloud-based technology provider serving retailers, suppliers, and logistics partners worldwide. Its Product team is expanding, and it is seeking a Product Manager to lead growth across its target markets in Europe. This is a high-visibility role where your decisions will directly shape how quickly the business scales in the region.

You will own the European product and go-to-market strategy across the company’s supply chain and e-invoicing solutions. Using market and opportunity analysis, including TAM sizing, you will guide where the business invests. You will have direct ownership of the e-invoicing product, while also influencing the direction of the supply chain solutions through evidence-based recommendations grounded in market research and customer needs.

You will work at the intersection of market, customer, and business needs, driving alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Engineering.

Your tasks will include: 

• Drive regional product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle across core supply chain solutions (fulfillment software, performance and analytics suites) and electronic invoicing platforms, aligning with market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
• Take direct ownership of the e-invoicing solution portfolio, including managing strategic partner integrations and regulatory ecosystem relationships.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, leveraging market research, user insights, and data analytics to guide product decisions.
• Partner with Product Marketing to define market-specific buyer personas and customer profiles for go-to-market execution.
• Localize pitch decks, messaging, and product releases across target regional markets, adjusting positioning, tone, and regulatory framing.
• Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy, positioning, and pricing model design in close collaboration with Product Marketing.
• Align cross-functional global teams across Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Marketing to drive execution of the GTM strategy.
• Translate product strategy into clear, actionable requirements, collaborating closely with Product Owners and engineering teams.

To be a good fit for the Product Manager role, you will have:

• 3+ years of dedicated product management experience within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, specifically focused on externally facing products.
• Proven track record of owning product strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and commercial go-to-market (GTM) execution.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt sales pitch decks, marketing collateral, and product positioning for specific international markets, as well as defining ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas.
• Strong capability to build alignment, communicate vision, and influence cross-functional leadership across matrixed organizations.
• Direct experience working effectively across international, cross-cultural teams and operating environments.
• Ability to thrive independently in ambiguous settings, focus teams on top-priority initiatives, and justify strategy using data-backed insights.

Nice to have:

• Prior domain background in supply chain, retail technology, logistics, or related operational software.
• Experience with electronic invoicing, digital compliance, or automated financial workflow solutions.
• Proficiency in either Dutch, French or German
