Low Code Developer - Fully Remote

You will play a crucial role within the strategy team to develop, design and optimize the low code/no code platform which will enhance the way people will use the platform.

You will have an opportunity to drive the decisions of the development and tools used for the best possible outcome for the users.

Your tasks will include:

• Establish and execute innovative technical strategies to enable the large-scale hiring of refugees by companies within the organization's network.
• Build and oversee low-code/no-code infrastructures employing tools such as Airtable, Softr, Salesforce, and Make to meet product specifications.
• Craft, refine, and sustain efficient system automations, leveraging proficient scripting skills and strategies to minimize automation executions.
• Integrate various systems and services through API connections, including Twilio’s WhatsApp API.
• Manage the processing and analysis of user and outcome data, including feedback from company users.
• Design and uphold visual product dashboards for monitoring and enhancing product efficacy continuously.
• Generate and update detailed internal guides to assist non-technical team members in comprehending system functionalities.
• Proactively enrich the experience for the users of the organization's member companies through ongoing product development, testing, and implementation.
• Regularly evaluate and ensure the adoption of the most effective software solutions and tools to achieve desired results in our products and programs.

To be a good fit for the Low Code Developer role, you will have:

• Minimum of five years' professional experience where three years have been focussed on specializing in web development, low code/no code development, or automation. 
• Experience with Airtable
• Experience with Softr or a similar tool (Salesforce, Make, or Zapier) .
• Proficient in automation techniques and scripting.
• Knowledgeable about the limitations of automation and strategies for optimization and reduction of automation executions.
• Solid understanding of designing relational databases.
• Experience connecting API’s using Javascript
• Capable of creating and updating system documentation.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to switch focus between automation tasks and other product responsibilities, such as design and documentation.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, or possesses an equivalent level of practical experience.
