Transition Manager - hybrid working

Our client is a fast-growing, agile international consulting firm headquartered in the United Kingdom. They've been focusing on optimizing processes, centricity and technology. 
You will be part of the GBS team with a goal to help customers make the best use of solutions, always looking for feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Your tasks will include:

- Leading activities to prepare and drive business adoption of solutions

- Developing and delivering training courses and materials in collaboration with Functional Consultants, Business Partners, etc.

- Creating engaging and sustainable training materials and documentation

- Continuously improving training programs based on customer feedback and suggestions

- Coordinating feedback collection and analysis to enhance customer usage and satisfaction of GBS solutions

To be a good fit for the Transition Manager role, you will have:
 

- 2+ years of experience in Transition Management

- Proficient knowledge in information systems, technologies, and procedures

- Proficiency in JIRA and data analysis

- Effective communication skills in group settings, fostering collaboration

- Expertise in developing innovative and creative training programs and events

Keys to success:

- Multitasking ability in dynamic setting

- Good understanding of business processes and SOP

- Project, program and change management experience
