Senior ERP Consultant - Fully Remote

Our Client offers innovative ERP products and services for all kinds of businesses around the world.

The development team is based in Switzerland, Germany, Spain and Poland. You will work in a multinational and diverse environment, where you’re encouraged to grow and learn.

As a Senior ERP Consultant you will help the company grow into new territories and lead implementations of the ERP platform. You will join at an exciting time while the company continues their growth where you will be a key figure in driving this forward. 

This is initially a fully remote role with some travel to potential clients and you have the opportunity to help grow a presence of the company within the Netherlands. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new customers.
• Conduct presentations and workshops for clients to showcase our clients ERP solutions.
• Develop project plans and solution proposals based on user stories and client needs.
• Manage customer acquisition processes, including lead generation and follow-up.
• Oversee project implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery of ERP solutions.
• Estimate project scope and resources, and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Travel to the clients location if needed for Workshops or Demonstrations

Requirements:

• Native Dutch (NL) language proficiency.
• Fluent in English (ENG) in spoken and written communication.
• Proven experience in leading ERP implementations  
• Ability to demonstrate ERP products effectively to clients.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with Agile Methodology
• Degree in IT or Business Administration or associated fields
• Nice to have experience with Odoo
