Junior Project Coordinator - hybrid work in Breukelen

You could join our clients rapidly growing SaaS software company which operates on a global scale. We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join and strengthen the Dutch team.

You will play a vital role in acting as a filter in gathering this information prior to assigning work to the implementation consultant.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, Implementation team and Sales team.

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Communicate directly with customers to gather required information and prepare them for success in the implementation process
  • Handle all customer interactions in a timely manner
  • Create and manage follow up tasks associated with any customer communication
  • Handle all customer interactions in a timely manner
  • Ensure on hold process compliance and exceptions
  • Assist with interdepartmental requests and act as an ambassador for the implementation teams
  • Assist with reporting of operational metrics
  • Deliver feedback on processes to increase team efficiency and customer satisfaction based on changing business needs
  • Provide support on data analysis leading to insights and recommendations to management

 

To be a good fit for the Project Coordinator role, you will have:

  • VMBO diploma or HBO diploma from an accredited institution or 1-2 years of related project management experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Demonstrated computer knowledge, with the ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Fluency in Dutch and English

 

Keys to success:

  • The willingness to learn, help customers and partners, understand customer needs and help during first stages of the projects
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Work experience in project management or internship is preffered
