Customer Support Specialist - hybrid work

You could join our clients rapidly growing SaaS software company which operates on a global scale. We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join and strengthen the Dutch team.

You will play a vital role in assisting customers whenever they need help with our clients solutions. From installation and troubleshooting to handling time-sensitive transaction data and business system integrations, you put your technical and customer-facing skills to the test. You're great at providing technical support in a friendly and timely manner. Your love for data shines as you collaborate with other teams to ensure data integrity and perform daily checks. 

You will work closely with the Project Manager, Consultants, Support Specialists, Supplier Onboarding Specialist and the Customer Success Team. As part of this team, you will be responsible for answering all active customer queries and assisting with all first-line support issues as per our individual customer SLA agreements. 

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Provide comprehensive 1st line support to assist and guide active customers.
  • Timely escalation of 2nd line and 3rd line support issues.
  • Identify billable change requests and liaise with the Account Manager and Customer Success Manager.
  • Maintain and update the knowledge base to ensure an up-to-date FAQ.
  • Strive for maximum customer satisfaction and minimize customer loss.

 

To be a good fit for the Customer Support Specialist role, you will have:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in client services or software support;
  •  Experience in an IT environment
  • Ability to speak and write fluently in Dutch and English;
  • An uninterrupted environment and strong internet connectivity when working remotely.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong ability to advocate for their requests within the company.
  • Attention to detail and proficient logical problem-solving skills.
  • Technically proficient with a fast adaptation capability.
  • Experience with E-invoicing and electronic data interchange (EDI) is a plus.
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in German are a plus.
