You could join our clients rapidly growing SaaS software company which operates on a global scale. We're looking for an Account Manager to be a valuable asset in expanding their European team. 

As an Account Manager you are responsible for assisting customers in optimizing business operations, fostering growth with existing clients, thriving in fast-paced global environments, and cultivating long-term relationships with influencers and stakeholders.

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Expand the value of solutions by holding presentations and actively promoting upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Monitoring and reporting of project progress;
  • Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders;
  • Ensure the efficient implementation of the IT solution;
  • Enable seamless knowledge transfer from the project team to the service organization, effectively managing the implementation of new solutions.
  • Use a comprehensive evaluation to ensure the proper conclusion of projects.

 

To be a good fit for the Account Manager role you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years prior experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role within the finance industry.
  • Proven expertise in automation within B2B sales environments, focusing on peer-to-peer (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C), is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated track record of success and sales expertise, ideally in the Finance or IT industry.
  • Achieving objectives and delivering solutions, backed by strong communication and closing skills.
  • Develop a strong rapport with customers, providing support throughout their digitalization journey, covering all aspects of supply chain and invoicing operations.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
