Technical Support Engineer

For our client we are currently looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. You will join a company that is expanding their European presence.
Reporting to both the National Sales Director in Poland and the Eastern Europe Sales Director, you will primarily be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and technical issues. You will also provide direct customer support and act as a liaison between our customers and internal teams.


Your Tasks Will Include:

• Efficient handling of electronic tickets in a timely manner
• Communication between the sales team, distributor companies' staff and end users to effectively address customer issues
• Troubleshooting and configuring products either remotely or on-site
• Conducting training sessions for installers and wholesaler's staff
• Contributing to maintain the companies technical SharePoint
• Supporting the National Sales Director in Poland and collaborating with the EU Technical Manager
• Occasional travel required (driver's license necessary)

To be a good fit for the Technical Support Engineer role you will have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the heating industry with a similar job profile
• Experience with thermostats, heating systems
• Experience in providing support in a technical environment
• Excellent technical skills - (understand wiring diagrams, heating systems)
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving, utilizing various data collection tools and methodologies to analyze and develop solutions
• Nice to have experience with presenting to installers or wholesalers
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical, Installations, Information Technology (IT), or related field
