Field Application Specialist in Medical Laboratory Diagnostics

What your responsibilities will include:

• Educate clients on the operation and usage of equipment
• Tailor equipment settings to meet customer requirements and provide ongoing support
• Deliver expertise on products and perform competitive analysis
• Assist the Sales Department with detailed product knowledge
• Stay informed about the latest market innovations
• Develop and prepare client training materials, including workshops, webinars, and articles
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Perform product demonstrations
• Handle inquiries through the application hotline
• Collaborate with team members and manufacturers to resolve customer complaints
• Translate and validate various documents like manuals and newsletters
• Foster and maintain strong customer relationships
• Uphold high-quality performance standards
• Execute tasks using the SAP system

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• University degree in medical analytics, biology, biotechnology, medicine, or associated fields
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of laboratory transfusionology is advantageous
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Good understanding of immunology transfusionology regulations, especially within Europe
• Desire to continually expand expertise
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to cultivate relationships
• Analytical mindset, thoroughness, and curiosity
• Strong organizational skills and professional ethics
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• Proficient in English
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
