We're looking for a Business Operations Analyst that can build data pipelines, interact with various levels of the organization and install a continuous improvement culture throughout the company.

You will join a team that has a varied scope of responsibility and have a positive influence over the entire organization.

Your tasks will include:

• Monitor, build, and enhance operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
• Measure, oversee, and ensure compliance with critical business processes such as Change Management, Incident Management, and Operational Confidence. 
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization by promoting and implementing positive change. 
• Develop and deliver effective data analysis and reporting to address both recurring and ad hoc needs. 
• Coordinate and manage solutions to collect and report on essential business data. 
• Analyze and present quantitative data to deliver actionable insights that add value. 
• Collaborate successfully with various levels of the organization, initiating change and influencing delivery teams to align with objectives. 
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives based on data to enhance key results in areas such as cost-efficiency, team performance, service reliability, and security. 
• Apply problem-solving skills and foster a collaborative environment to achieve organizational goals. 

To be a good fit for the Business Operations Analyst role you will have:

• Proven experience managing high-impact initiatives across multiple teams. 
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments. 
• Skilled in building and maintaining Power BI reports through data pipeline creation and data integration using Python. 
• Understanding of basic Python programming concepts and their application. 
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex organizational processes, extract actionable data, and facilitate data-driven solutions. 
• Capability to work effectively in ambiguous environments, taking calculated risks and challenging the status quo. 
• Strong influencing abilities, including resolving challenges and managing difficult scenarios within a service delivery team. 
• Proficient in Change Management, Incident Management, and DevOps practices. 

Keys to success:

• You have technical curiosity and able to take the initiative, contribute and propose new ideas
• Strong Project Management skills
• Experience working in a cloud environment
