Our client is a fast-growing, agile international consulting firm headquartered in the United Kingdom. They've been focusing on optimizing processes centricity and technology. One of the many areas they are focusing on is to design and implement next generation activities- reformulating operating models, optimising processes and installing automation.

This pivotal role bridges advanced Accounts Receivable (AR) operations with deep SAP FICO expertise. The successful candidate will support day-to-day global finance operations while actively driving system and process optimization within the SAP ecosystem.

Your tasks will include:

• Execute and streamline end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes within the SAP FICO module.
• Oversee and maintain the integrity of customer accounts, ensuring accurate billing, posting, and cash allocation.
• Proactively investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, and billing disputes.
• Monitor aged debt, drive collections strategy, and perform comprehensive account reconciliations.
• Deliver key deliverables and reconciliations to support timely and accurate month-end close cycles.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and various business units to align financial workflows.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP environment to automate and streamline operations.
• Assist with strategic finance transformation projects and system enhancements.
• Maintain impeccable financial records and reporting in alignment with internal controls and standards.

To be a good fit for the SAP FICO AR Specialist, you will have:

• Can join immediately
• Proven track record in core Accounts Receivable processes and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with SAP FICO (prior experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly advantageous).
• Strong command of ledger reconciliations, collections, and credit/dispute management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse, global teams.
• Full professional proficiency (both written and verbal) in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with automation platforms, specifically Esker.
• Experience operating within a Shared Services (GBS) or multinational corporate environment.
• Active involvement in system implementation or finance transformation projects.
• A continuous improvement mindset (e.g., exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies).

Salary: 127.000 PLN gross pro-rata.
