EDI Consultant - hybrid work in Breukelen

Our client is looking for an EDI Consultant to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role, you’ll work alongside a talented team of 6 Consultants from Netherlands, Germany and France to create and to deliver innovative, standardized solutions that elevate our customer experience. You’ll dive into researching, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues related to change events, ensuring every challenge is met with a solution. Plus, you’ll take the lead on managing escalations when needed, driving positive outcomes every step of the way.
Reporting to a Customer Succes Manager you will work closely with the Sales team, Support team and development/DevOps team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Communication will include email, phone calls and both online and in-person meetings.
Take charge of delivering exceptional service to our customers, serving as their go-to technical advisor. You'll guide them every step of the way regarding communication module set ups, testing and configuring systems that streamlines electronic data flows, ensuring seamless and efficient connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems and workflows to complete implementation projects.
- Consult with clients to analyze their operational needs and understand business objectives.
- Inform customers and stakeholders of project progress and track implementation to ensure deadlines are met.
- Perform technical implementation of technology products and address scheduling issues.
- Provide training to customers on how to use the internal platform
- Oversee production setup, confirm connectivity, and ensure data flows smoothly and accurately.
Location:
This role is in our Breukelen office, the team is in-office 1 day per week.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of EDI related experience, an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to achieve desired results.
- Experience with E-invoicing is a plus
- Fluency in Dutch and in English
