Are you an experienced Sales Manager? Do you have experience in the beauty industry?

Our client is creating a unique product line with a distinct philosophy and brand, and we need your help to launch a sales rocket!
Your mission is to expand B2B sales in Poland by building strong relationships with wholesale buyers. Experience with local distributors, and cosmetic stores is essential. Our client aims to skyrocket sales from zero to 700,000 PLN or even a million in the first year. You'll have the full support of our marketing, design, and dedicated SEM team every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand sales in the beauty sector across Poland.
Cultivate strong customer relationships.
Prepare quotes, negotiate deals, and collaborate with various teams.
Stay updated on market trends and competitors to create effective strategies.
Support trade fairs and customer events.
Independently plan and report on sales activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in cosmetics.
Strong sales skills with a compelling presence.
Results-driven with excellent communication skills.
Fluent in Polish and confident in English.
Willingness to travel across Poland; driver’s license required.
Self-motivated and tech-savvy.
