Join our clients team as a Sales Development Representative and play a pivotal role in driving their market presence. You will gain hands-on experience in the full sales development lifecycle within a supportive, high-performance environment. Your tasks will include:
- Take ownership of lead generation within Germany, mastering the art of the "first touch" to grow the sales pipeline.
- Master cold outreach via phone and email, receiving elite training to ensure your communication is impactful and professional.
- Step out from behind the desk to engage prospects face-to-face at industry events throughout Germany.
- Conduct deep-dive research into target accounts to ensure our sales approach is data-driven and relevant.
- Act as the first point of contact for the brand, navigating complex organizations to find and engage the right stakeholders.
- Work alongside seasoned sales veterans and marketing pros to refine our "go-to-market" message and find new ways to win.
To be a good fit for the Sales Development Representative role, you will have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Sales, Recruitment, Retail, or Hospitality). We value transferable skills!
- Full professional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential for this role.
- A self-starter with a meticulous eye for detail and a relentless approach to follow-ups.
- A dynamic, high-energy personality with the grit and persistence required to reach key decision-makers.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your tone and style to resonate with diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build strong internal relationships through clear, concise, and timely communication.
