Our client is a fast-growing, agile international consulting firm headquartered in the United Kingdom. They've been focusing on optimizing processes centricity and technology. One of the many areas they are focusing on is to design and implement next generation activities- reformulating operating models, optimising processes and installing automation.
As a Senior HR Specialist, you will focus on end-to-end delivery and operational HR expertise within a Shared Services context.
Your tasks will include:
- Direct HR transformation initiatives from initial feasibility and architectural design through to implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
- Spearhead the migration and optimization of HR services into centralized Global Business Services (GBS) models.
- Managethe end-to-end transition of HR functions, including knowledge transfer, process mapping, and continuous improvement cycles.
- Oversee project workstreams, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring rigorous tracking of deliverables.
- Provide deep operational insight across the employee lifecycle, including payroll interfaces, HR administration, and master data management.
- Architect and refining HR service delivery models to align with global best practices and standardized operating procedures.
- Partner with senior HR leadership and cross-functional business units to ensure seamless organizational change.
- Managing HR analytics, reporting, and performance metrics (KPIs/SLAs) to monitor service health and ROI.
- Identify opportunities for process standardization and intelligent automation to enhance HR service efficiency.
To be a good fit for the Senior HR Specialist, you will have:
- Manage full-lifecycle HR functions within centralized service models.
- Execute end-to-end organizational change and service migrations.
- Coorde complex workstreams, governance, and delivery timelines.
- Standardize and refine workflows to drive operational efficiency.
- Partner with leadership to ensure alignment and change adoption.
- Drive data-informed decisions through rigorous KPI and SLA tracking.
