Senior Analyst, Global Benefits – Work From Anywhere in Poland (B2B)

We are partnering with a fantastic, fast-growing international client to find a Senior Analyst, Global Benefits. This is a prime opportunity to step into a strategic, high-impact role where you will be designing, implementing, and optimizing employee benefit programs across the globe.

This is a fully remote B2B contract opportunity within Poland, offering you the freedom and flexibility you deserve.
 
What You Will Be Doing (The Fun Part!)
  • Lead global projects from start to finish, establishing brand-new benefit offerings (health, retirement, wellbeing, statutory programs) and compliance frameworks in new and existing country markets. You will own the plan, align stakeholders, execute flawlessly, and ensure programs stabilise effectively.
  • Manage major multi-country events such as annual renewals, RFPs, vendor transitions, and contract evaluations. You will be making key design decisions that align with the overarching global strategy and business priorities.
  • Coordinate across regions like EMEA, APAC, and North America. Your mission is to harmonise strategy, share great ideas, and ensure operational excellence is a global standard.
Process Automation & Continuous Improvement (Your Primary Focus!)
  • Redesign key processes to dramatically cut down on cycle time and reduce defects. This means standardising SOPs and SLAs across all markets. No more patchwork processes; we need elegant solutions!
  • Automate recurring tasks - this is where you shine! Think eligibility checks, funding/billing reconciliations, vendor data exchanges, and audits. You will partner with HRIS on Workday configuration, integrations, and low-code tools like Power Automate to make manual work vanish.
  • Drive continuous improvement by introducing practices like Agile/Scrum ceremonies, managing a clear backlog, and maintaining a roadmap to boost transparency and throughput.
Data, Benchmarking, and Strategic Insights
  • Build stunning dashboards and reports on key metrics: participation, utilisation, cost, ROI, and employee experience. Because data should speak clearly, you will translate these trends into executive-ready recommendations and inputs for the multi-year roadmap.
  • Conduct global benchmarking and regular market scans. This is crucial for ensuring our offerings are competitive and equitable across diverse countries and demographics.
Vendor Management & Employee Experience
  • Own day-to-day vendor performance, manage SLAs, and drive continuous improvement agendas with key partners. When it’s time, you will run the RFPs and negotiate for maximum value and innovation.
  • Partner smoothly with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Communications. Your goal is to land benefit changes with minimal friction, guaranteeing a high-trust employee experience.
  • Ensure clarity and accessibility by leading or co-leading annual enrollment planning, communications, and system readiness across regions. We want employees to get it.
  • Evaluate all programs through an inclusion and equity lens; you will surface insights that ensure our benefits meet the diverse needs of a global workforce.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience: You have 5+ years in Benefits or Total Rewards with demonstrable multi-country scope. You have a track record of leading complex, cross-functional global projects, especially standing up new country programs.
  • Process Ninja: Significant process improvement experience is required. Ideally, you are familiar with Agile/Scrum and various continuous improvement toolkits.
  • Systems Savvy: Strong, hands-on experience with HR systems is a must. Ideally, you are proficient in HRIS (benefits, absence, integrations). You must also be strong in Power Automate and Excel/Sheets; familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a big plus.
  • Commercial Acumen: You have proven experience in vendor/broker management, managing RFPs, and negotiating contracts.
  • Communication: You can deliver clear, concise communication, whether you are presenting to leadership or explaining benefits to an employee.
Preferred Qualifications (The Cherry On Top!)
  • You have successful experience automating file exchanges, audits, and reconciliation workflows using HRIS or low-code tools.
  • Regional benefits expertise in EMEA or APAC would be awesome.
  • Previous experience working in a dynamic product or technology environment is highly valued.
  • Previous experience with Workday
